I had a late afternoon appointment the other day hoping I wouldn't have to wait very long. A lady came in right before me & if I heard correctly was trying to order her own tests. One of the phlebotomists had to come out to help this lady because apparently the front desk person couldn't. I then noticed another phlebotomist just sitting behind the front desk not doing anything but occasionally looking out at the waiting room. When this person finally came to get me I so wanted to ask about this but was afraid to since they were going to be sticking me with a needle & I didn't want to agitate them. The first stick failed & I still have a large bruise that is very tender.
When I got my results I saw that only 2 tests were done out of the 3 that were ordered! I called the office, and they just had voicemail on, so I left I message. Of course I never received a call back. I went to the website & filled out their contact form but I won't be surprised if I never get a response. After giving this place multiple chances I will drive the extra distance to central Phoenix to my doctor to get my blood test. It is so sad that some of the worst customer service is in the medical community.
