  • A very nice group of caring people. They've got a great selection of weight loss programs. Of course they push their RM3 program, but there are other options if you don't want to go the extreme route and are worried about transitioning back to normal eating habits once you reach your goal weight. If you have a lot to lose (70+ for me) then I highly recommend giving them a try. It feels to me like Weight Watchers with some extra help in the form of fat burning/vitamin shots and an appetite suppressant. That made the biggest difference to me because I wasn't ever hungry. It's been all about following the program even when you flatline. I'm 14 weeks in and have dropped 35 lbs. I feel great
