  • This was one of the worst salon experiences I have every had. The person that gave a five star review must be planted because there's no way any groupon user would give this place a glowing review. There was only one hairdresser with an assistant taking care of 10 people at the same time! She was openly disdainful to her Groupon customers and told us she gets walk outs (from collecting tax) daily! The funny part was she said to fix her walkout problem she was going to take credit cards and drivers licences instead of fixing the real problem-crappy service! We were literally lined up and given identical haircuts. My hair is curly and I asked for it to be dried curly but they couldn't do it! They didn't even have a defuser in the salon. She insisted on straitening my hair to hid the terrible cut she gave me. I can't do anything with my hair now. The cut she gave every one is a mom cut at best and a terrible mess if not blow dried the way they do it. Do not waste your money here - she was talking about getting students in to do the group on clients. Go to a hair school to get a cheap haircut instead. Same price, way better service. Beware! This place is a nightmere!
