  • worst customer service ever! called to speak to a manager about a bag that i had purchased (was unstitching after 1 week of use) and sent back in for a replacement. 6 hours later no returned phone call. so i called the store AGAIN and guess what? yup, a manager answered the phone. the people in the store are not very friendly and pretend to care about your patronage. as soon as you decide to purchase something they go back to carrying on with their friends/co-workers, forgetting the customer. i will not be giving this company anymore of my money. we are in a recession and if i am going to spend $200 on a purse then i expect the customer service and quality of the product to be top notch.
