  • I know it's a few days late, but Todd did an amazing job helping me replace the lost key to my Prius. He was extremely polite, very friendly, and made a point to contact me throughout the day to update me on when he would be arriving. Plus, I have to commemorate him for working for a half hour in the 110 degree weather without the air conditioner running (my AC doesn't work half the time, and when I came out to check on him I felt horrible.) The whole process came took about an 1 1/2-2 hours, and I haven't had any problems with the key at all. Thanks so much Todd!
