| - I can't say enough about the service and care that Arizona Discount Flooring (Marie) showed to my entire project.
* Demolition of existing tile and carpet
* Demolition and installation of "New" baseboards (last minute decision)
* Over 1700 square foot of wood plank tile
First off, we showed up in the showroom very indecisive and Marie spent over an hour helping us comb through the many tile options. Unfortunately, we couldn't settle on a color/style that we love so we left but would return later in the month. When we returned we found our tile (again after about an hour or so) - Marie again spent that time with us as if we were the only ones in the store.
Second, our house was finally complete and we were ready for demolition. The team showed up on time and started work immediately. The guys understood that we were living in the house and would be in and out of their work space. They were very professional, clean, and showed up every day on time.
After the demolition was done (Friday 12/30) we decided that 5" baseboard would look so much better than the 2.5" ones installed by the builder. However, we had the tile installers coming on Tuesday (01/02). Sooo.. we called Marie and explained our last-minute decision. She asked us to come down and pick out the baseboards we wanted and she would try to make it work. We did and she did!! She made calls while we were in the store and explained to her installer that we needed to get this done before the tile team showed up. Like clockwork, her team showed up on 12/31 to demo the existing baseboards and again at 9am on 01/01 to install the new. Unbelievable!!!
We were finally ready for the tile. And again, the guys showed up on time and ready to work. They came in asked what our pattern preference, verified the job and started right-away. Their work ethic was amazing. They were presentable, respectful, and overall professional. I often left them unattended without any worries. (That's a BIG deal for me)
Needless to say, I writing this because I was blown-away by the professionalize of Marie and everyone associated with Arizona Discount Flooring. The hardest part of contracting folks to do this type of work is trusting the person, and that your ideas and goals will materialize without stress, heartache and added cost.
