| - I'd give Mister Car Wash a negative number if I could. Not only is the car dirty, when they're done, it is also damaged! Every time I go there they pull the emergency brake so hard that they've stretched the cable out. They have knocked out and lost rubber grommets in the door jams and treated the doors so harshly as to break a door-stop hinge. My VW has a particular way of getting into the hatch; I try to wave them off getting in there. Last time, when I looked up, they had the hatch open. I asked how they got in: the fellow couldn't tell me. Later, at home, the hatch wouldn't open at all (until my son forced it). Unbelievable as it sounds, there are few attendants that know how to drive a manual transmission (why, as an employer, would you hire someone to work with cars everyday who doesn't know how to drive a car? The last time there, the guy in the driver's seat had three of his mates push the car to the drying station because he didn't know how to make it move). Getting home, I tried to call the manager: no answer.
