Don't take anything that you've spent good money on because there is no recourse if they ruin something. I have been taking my clothes there since June when I moved into the area. Not great but the price was affordable. I took a suit jacket in and they pressed the lapels even though the jacket was a notched collar with no lapels. I took the jacket back and explained that this time please press the jacket flat. When I went to pick it up I checked and they had either left the iron or too long and the inside pockets had left scorch marks on the outside. I asked to see the manager and was told she would be there in the morning. I came back a couple of times and finally left my number for her to call me. After not hearing from her for another week I went back this morning. The so called manager told me that the damage was inevitable and from repeated cleanings. Actually this jacket was cleaned by them twice and another dry cleaner once since it was only three months old. There had been no damage before I had complained about the lapels. I asked for the owner and they handed me a generic business card. I left her the jacket on the counter and she said I couldn't leave because I had picked it up. She then scribbled pick up on my yellow receipt and threw it back at me, turned her back and walked away. I did leave the jacket there and told her as she was walking away that I wanted to file a claim. She never turned around. I just left it and walked out.
