  • Normally I'm a 1040EZ kind of guy, but this past year I was confronted with a much more complicated tax situation after a job change. I explained my circumstances to Wil over the phone and he didn't skip a beat. We chatted for a while and then he explained what would be involved and what I would need, gave an estimate, and I agreed to come in. Not only did Wil make it painless for me to collect all the information I needed, but he was immense help when there turned out to be issues with the forms I received. Going over everything in person, it became clear that my new employer had reported stock and earnings incorrectly. Wil was trustworthy, proactive, and helpful; and he helped me work with my employer to determine the best way to fix the situation--and what to do--explaining everything clearly along the way. He was a true adviser and advocate. I was so glad to have worked with him. And despite going what I believe to be above and beyond what we had originally discussed, he was kind enough to charge me his original quoted figure. It was so worth it that I feel a twinge of guilt. I will for sure come back again whenever I have any questions or apprehensions about my taxes.
