The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I purchased something from another store, this store would not return it and the customer service agent named Matt was as rude as it gets. He's got no business being in retail customer service when he's rude and extremely unhelpful. Shame on Pet Club for hiring untrained, unprofessional employees who will not return things under their written return policy guideline. Matt stated anything over $50 has to be returned to the other store yet that's not on the receipt return policy or their in-store policy. Highly recommend not buying anything from any Pet Club because you will have a hard time returning anything.
