Let me start by saying if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would!
My husband and I have been coming here for years as it is conveniently located in our neighborhood. In true Izakaya fashion this is a authentic Japanese sushi spot with a lot of regulars. It's a family owned and operated business. The husband and wife are always there greeting customers and preparing delicious meals!
Wait staff is very attentive and they are always happy to serve you.
We usually order the Ramen and share it with our 2 year old. There are some things unique to this spot that you can't find anywhere else: fresh ground wasabi (I love it and can't stand the paste), gyoza (dumplings) are made with turkey instead of pork, extensive Vegan/Vegetarian menu, and their dynamite is unlike any other I have tried.
You won't be sorry if you give Miko's a try! You'll surely even see Miko herself while you're there.
