This was my second time into this store.
First time...I walked in after being at Fabricland. I was looking for cycling themed fabric.
So being new to the store and not wanting to walk down each section to look for it, I asked at the front counter. The response I got was rude and mean..."I don't know that's not my section!!!, you will have to ask in the fabric section!!"
I went 10 steps to the left and found a helpful lady and bought quite a bit of fabric.
Second visit: Again I was at Fabricland and I remembered I needed to replace my cutting knife on my serger...So I waited patiently in line to speak to the woman at the counter...
I asked if they sold replacement knives , I have a such and such Serger...She looked at me as if I was speaking a different language. "What model is it?" I told her the brand...didn't know the model as this was sort of an after thought for me to look. " Well...you need to know the model, we have this and that model knife and this and this and this...it's RIGHT ON THE FRONT OF THE MACHINE!!!!!...." She was so freaking rude to me. I tried to joke about it, saying I just thought a knife was a knife...No humor in her!!! She glared at me..and made a face. I used my adult manners and thanked her. (FOR NOTHING) and said I would go home and find out.
I think the huge diamond on her hand has made her into a cut above the rest of us....lost her customer service manners...well she lost me as a customer...I'm sure she gives not a F about that though
Needless to say I won't be back..I would rather give my business to an online ordering site and buy fabric elsewhere...
It's amazing how one person can ruin your business!! I will make sure I tell everyone to not go in there!!
