  • We had a delicious lunch here today and will definitely come back. I had an excellent brisket filled bun, paired with potato salad and cornbread. My companion enjoyed a bowl of brisket chilli, topped with cheese and served with tortilla chips. It was very tasty, a nice tomato based sauce, but quite mild. In both dishes the brisket was incredibly tender, juicy and soft. Quite flavourful and not too much salt on the crust ( which could have been a tad crustier). The meat was enhanced by a very good house sauce. The warm corn bread was correctly crumbly but it didn't fall apart. My only disappointment was the potato salad which needed a more piquant dressing. Service was friendly and quick and the decor was modern and comfortable. I don't know why we waited so long to visit.
