Nothing about my experience with Fox was satisfactory. There were several customer service representatives working when we picked up our car and not one was even remotely professional. They made sexual comments about a man walking by, were rude to customers, spoke rudely about customers as soon as they walked away, ate while speaking to customers, cursed, complained, I could go on. One woman's blouse was unbuttoned so far down that the entire front of her bra was visible. They charged my credit card twice in error, but I have not received the refund and had to go to my credit card company to dispute the charge. I was charged for things I specifically did not ask for and wasn't given clear answers on questions I asked. The vehicle descriptions online are misleading exaggerate the "or similar vehicle" (a Dodge Journey should not be the same class as the Jeep Grand Cherokee we thought we'd receive when we booked online). Upon return, we had to ask for and wait for a receipt showing we'd get our full $150 deposit back and he asked for our contract, which shouldn't have been needed. The total cost was nearly double what we were initially quoted online. I'm generally not difficult to please but I was pretty disgusted with my entire experience and will never use Fox again.
