California pools was a bust. I made a appointment a week prior and when it was my apt day and time I received a call from one of the reps that comes to your house stating he was running late. I said ok I have another pool company coming in 1 hr or so. So I called the other company and pushed them back an hr. I called the California pool guy back asked him if he could still make it. He stated that he has another apt in a couple hrs. I said ok that's fine. So the guy told me he would be Turning around to come to my house. I asked him where is was at he told me the streets and advised him he is no more the 30 mins out. Well guess what 1 1/2 hrs later he still a no show. So I called California pools back and tell them where the sales guy was because he was suppose to be here. She ends up calling him and she tells me that it was a miscommunication. I said the hell it was, he told me he was on his way. So I told them to forget it they wanted me to make another apt for a week later. I told them I should not have to change my schedule because the sales guy was running late in the first place............I advised the lady just forget it I don't want to wait again and said I will go through another company. This customer service sucks.
