I had the worst experience ever with this hotel. I took me way to long to reserve a room with the hotel directly. I was told during my stay that the current employees are contract employees from the previous owners of the building & that's why the service is below normal Hilton service standards. The rooms are nice but it's clear they are not being cleaned well and could use an upgrade. I arrived pretty early and spoke with a Manager and told her about the bad customer service I received and She upgraded me to a 1 bed room suite because of the bad service I received. She also arraigned for someone to call me when our room was ready & no one ever called!! I spoke with another manager and he sent us a bottle of wine with no bottle opener . I did enjoy the pool & and the mall attached to the hotel!
