  • I am seriously happy to give such a 5 star rating! As most of you on yelp know I am not afraid to lay out the details of a company not taking care of business. I will always strive to be fair. I have the highest recommendation for this Big O shop, Jimmy and the Team of Techs. Outstanding service work with top quality parts and full 1 year warranty on service work and 3 year tire warranty... with road side assistance! Jimmy is a top notch Manager, Carl is top of the class mechanic at this shop. It just has been a pleasure for us to find this Big O shop. We have had work completed on our car at a Big O across town and it started out ok and just went down hill from there. Now we have spent close to $8,000 over the last 4 1/2 years on car repairs; small and large. The last $4,000 at this location. Our car is a 1999 Pontiac Gran Prix and has been a great car for us! It is just showing it age and may not be worth it to some people, but we have had no car payments for 8 years, and it is a fully loaded car that has been great for us! Yesterday we had the entire Rack & Pinion steering system replaced along with a new power steering pump and hoses. we did have a few minor items fixed as well, but along with the $1,865.00 bill Jimmy also warrantied 2 new tires of the 4 we purchased this past June! It has been a great experience to find this shop and have a great team servicing out car and making sure we are happy. The first time we showed up Jimmy took the time over a few days to retrieved all the records of work completed by Big O, we had unfortunately had them in the car and our car wash guy threw them away. All is good now, receipts in a file at the house and in the car; car wash guy is informed. He replaced the fuel pump with a GM pump on warranty: the other shop replaced it 2 times and still leaked, so bad we only filled the car up 1/2 way. (We paid $800 for that work) No issues at all with the GM fuel pump. Story hour is over and it really is just one of the very best experiences in the automotive repair business. Even if there are issues on work performed, even from the other location; they are taken care of with concern and respect for us, their customer. Best Regards, Tim H.
