  • Omg! This has been the WORST car buying experience for me and my husband ever! At the beginning, everything seemed ok! They worked with us to trade in another vehicle, but once the paperwork was signed WE WERE ON OUR ON! We explained to Jackie that we wanted to have our vehicle registered in Charlotte even though we owned a home in GA. At the time, she told us the necessary steps to take, but that was it! We came in with the paperwork but the car had already been registered in GA without us knowing! Of course they blamed my husband and myself for not double checking the paperwork. As if this wasn't frustrating enough, I didn't receive my GA tag until 2 weeks AFTER my temporary tag had already expired! I had to call none stop and basically harass anybody who would listen to our problems. After being completely fed up, and wanting to talk to Matthew the owner, he was unsympathetic and only wanted to justify the actions of his lying buddy in the financial office Shane who said my husband wanted to register the car in GA! The entire office is horrible and everybody wants to pass the blame off to the next person! Please DO NOT waste your time or money in this dealership! I wish I had read the review on Yelp before deciding to purchase my van through them. LESSON LEARNED!
