  • Two times in here in the last 6 weeks and the customer service is HORRIBLE. The first time I was buying a set of clubs for my wife and had questions to ask, I was in the store for 30 minutes and couldnt get anyone to even look my way. It was the middle of the day and they were not at all busy. I was on my lunch hour and left, the next day I went to the PGA Superstore, got my questions answered and bought my wife a new set of golf clubs. Mind you, the PGA store is 15 miles round trip out of my way, and Golf Galaxy is on my way home. Today I went back on my lunch hour to grab my wife a new glove. I saw a pre owned driver I wanted too and attempted to check out.... There was 1 older guy buying a putter at the register and 3 people were helping him???? Two other guys were standing off to the side chatting... after 5 minutes of just standing there, I heard someone being told to check me out. He looked at me with a blank face and did nothing. I set down the driver on the counter and walked out. I will never go there again. Their loss... I am one of those guys that are constantly buying new clubs and trading in my old ones. PGA Superstore here I come!!!!!
