My boyfriend and I finally had the opportunity to check out Moo &a Brew and let me start by saying the whole night we were continuously wowed. That's all we kept saying to each other was wow this is amazing! My go to appetizer at most places is fried green tomatoes and since there isn't much you can change there (except the dipping sauce) most places are good but none really stand out until I had the pickled fried green tomatoes at Moo &a Brew. They are stand out for sure, I even saved a few and put them on my burger! We also had the cheese curds which were paired with a really great dipping sauce.
My boyfriend got the Peter piper burger but upgraded to the bison which he loved. The burgers are pretty big and I think he ate the entire thing in about 5 minutes, after both appetizers! He also upgraded his fries to the loaded nacho fries and he loved them.
I ordered the fresh produce burger with a side salad. The burger was really flavorful which seems to be a challenge for most people with black bean burgers but they definitely packed it with a great taste.
Aside from the food the service was great. I believe our servers name was Christina (that may not be right I'm not great with remembering names). She was very polite and took great care of us.
Of course I have blabbered on about the moo but the brew is just as great. They plenty of locals and a few not so locals as well. They also have a Winter Mule on tap made by one of the owners and the best way I can describe the flavor is Christmas in a glass. It was absolutely delicious and I would come here just for a mule if that's all they served.
All in all this place has it going on from the food and drinks to the atmosphere and sheer cleverness of the brand. I'll be back for sure!
