  • This is my third time writing this review. They had Yelp delete the first review, 4 years after the fact. I reposted it and they had it taken down again. I contacted this company for a quote on renting some speakers and lights for an event. I found them to be unprofessional. Their emails came across in 24 point Comic Sans font, their prices weren't competitive (who rents 1 powered that retails for $750 for $250?) and I had a typo in the email where I put the wrong year and they acted like I wanted to rent gear in the past. Perhaps instead of worrying about taking down your (accurate) Yelp reviews, look at what other companies do to exceed expectations.
