  • Not happy about my interaction with Rosenbaum at all. Tried to setup appointments to look at properties for weeks, with very little luck. The couple of times we did manage to view a property we told the agent right then and there that we liked it and to check what was needed for the next steps to lock the place down, just to get a call a couple days later that it was closed on by someone else. None of my references or previous landlords were contacted on my application, but that app fee was still non-refundable either way. Luckily we were able to contact another relator down here and they found us a place to sign on within 2 days. You're an adult and can make your own decisions, but you should always heed the advice of those burned previously...
