I don't ever get the tea so this is purely based on my year and a half of ordering their mango and strawberry smoothies. Their store is small, but it's cute with some tables and the atmosphere is nice when it's not busy (which is somewhat rare since I've seen lines outside the door often).
DRINKS: They have a wide selection of tea (both cold and hot) and they often have special drinks that are advertised seasonally but I don't think they're any special other than the names of the drinks.
I've ordered their mango and strawberry smoothies every time I went and it's been a disappointment every time. It always tastes (and looks) really artificial and powdery. I get a small but their small is a little bit tinier and doesn't make you feel like it's actually worth the price.
SERVICE: It's certainly not smiling friendly, but it's not like they're going to be rude straight up front. Just don't expect any concerns towards your drink when they make it and after if it's not a good, quality drink. I've always seen about the same people and the level of friendliness is consistently below okay (even when they're not busy).
PRICE: For a small smoothie (and for the quality that they're serving it), it's not worth the $5.50 (0.50 for lychee jelly) and that's with a small smoothie. The drinks can go for about $4+ including tax.
OVERALL: I wouldn't go back to this place for a smoothie or for their other drinks simply because I can't justify the price I'm paying for the drinks and the service. It's also discouraging when you're able to see all of the syrups (there's A LOT) they use right before you go into the place.
