  • They apparently give you the opportunity to meet with the cast for some shows here after a performance, which is cool, except they turned us away saying they had to make a cut off point... which would have been understandable had they not then let the couple behind us in. Two thumbs down for customer service. Also, we were totally ignored when trying to find our seats at the beginning of the musical, had to find them ourselves then had to flag a woman down and actually ask her for a program... they just seem totally unprepared for a crowd of any sort. It's unfortunate because the venue itself is lovely and any performance I've seen here has been fantastic.
