  • Is it possible to not give any stars? Not even one star? I don't write reviews at all, but I really need to do this. I bought a livingsocial deal in March for my husband and I because we were going to have a mini vacay in Vegas without the kids. Just like Mackenzie said " from beginning to end, our experience was a disaster" we felt the same way. First off, the location and look makes you wonder, "really, is this a day spa?" when you go in, you think that this place looks like someone's house with old furniture everywhere that doesn't match and the space were randomly picked for what would be for massage, hair, and whatever they do at this so-called spa. Our appt was delayed by 30 mins, it probable would have been delayed longer if we hadn't kept going to the front desk and asking what was going on. The girl that did my facial was actually the one who checked us in. She was at the front the whole time we were waiting! The masseuse giving my husband a massage was finishing up with a client ( as we were told). So I guess instead of having our treatments one by one in a different room, my husband and i were waiting for the bigger room to have both of us in there. And this is why we were delayed 30 mins. Can someone have mentioned that to us? My husband and I took turns going to the front desk to ask what the hold up was and the two girls didn't have a clue and would go to the back and "find out". I really wanted to walk out but I couldn't since we cancelled prior plans just to get some relaxation (but in reality, it was anxiety) As soon as the two ladies came out to get us, I had to express my diappointment to them. Basically, this was not a professional place. The facial I got could have been done by my 10 year old daughter. If you are expecting a steamer, extractions, massage to upper shoulders, arms and face, then you are not at the right place. All it was, was a bunch of skincare rubbed on your face and rinsed off one by one. It probably took at most 30 mins. I believe that a professional spa has at least 55 mins of relaxing facial time. Heck, I don't think she had an esthetician certificate! She had a thick blanket (gosh, I don't even know if it was clean) that made me hot and since my husband was right next to me having a massage and I was done sooner than him, I had to lay there sweating until he was done. My husband said the massage was not great. He's had better. Honestly, I gave this place the benefit of the doubt since I did see a review that said it was a good place. This review was probably a hoax! If I had seen Mackenzie's review, I would have just paid the couple hundred at the spa at the hotel! I can't believe this!! I was screwed over! Do not go here if you want a quality massage or facial or anything!
