  • I just want to say that I love Chipotle, from their restaurant concept to their food. This Chipotle, however, is a disgrace. Not only was the service slow and horrible, but the food today was somewhat cold and gross. I ordered my usual steak burrito, and the shell was torn - the girl momentarily was about to toss it in the trash but decided not to. I shrugged that off, deciding not to make a fuss even though the line for a Chipotle really wasn't that long. She then proceeded to give me barely enough steak... (Perhaps fearing it would rip the shell more...?) and sped me through the line. (It's truly not my fault your coworker left his station.) Upon grabbing our food, we waited further for the cashier to come back from dropping off a slip of paper to the other side of the work line... All in all, this was one of the least efficient lines I've probably witnessed. The oddest thing about today was that we did not get a bag or tray - which... Ok, I guess I'm not a messy eater... But I was further saddened that there was no green Tabasco sauce. Overall, I think this Chipotle benefits from being in such a great location. Other than that, I was disappointed by my experience.
