  • Horrible company and probably the worst customer service. Their technician serviced my AC and forgot to connect the hose line. Caused water to build up on the roof and leak through it. They sold me a two service plan and now without letting me know that its non refundable. When I called them to get it cancelled they conveniently share this detail. Candy, the 'service manger' refused to share the contact info of the owner so I could raise this issue. Horrible company to deal with. Take your business somewhere else.
