  • My friends were craving some burgers and we decided to hit up Burger Bar since we were staying at Mandalay Bay. Looking at the menu, you can customize your burger or select from the chef's burger menu. I decided to order the spicy lamb burger with sweet potato fries. As an appetizer I ordered the pepper jack cheese shots. The spicy lamb burger that I ordered was very dry and bland. The lamb tasted funny and it wasn't spicy at all. The sweet potatoes fries were mediocre, however, the pepper jack cheese shots were decent. I had higher expectations for this restaurant. This place is more about quantity than quality, so the food is below par in my opinion. Our service kept refilling our drinks and asked if we needed anything, so service was good but not impeccable. For $20, I'd rather go BurGR or Bachi Burger.
