Should have listened to the warnings... The place is dirty (especially locker room and sauna) , it's usually very crowded, and tons of equipment is "awaiting service" and on the cardio-machines that "work", either the TV or the sound doesn't work (I found 2 treadmills that were completely functional).
They are very disrespectful to your privacy and are not truthful about their information sharing - some guy (unrequested) called me back on the phone number I used to inquire about membership. I explicitly told him to never use that phone number for any contact and he assured me of that- yet, within days I got text messages on that number.
At the same time, when I did sign up, they "needed" a phone number, supposedly ONLY to be used to identify me if I forgot my membership card - again, we got several calls and voice mail messages from people trying to sell trainer packages. They kept calling even after I told the guy I signed up with in person about this. He pretended to be all shocked and annoyed and had excuses and reasons why this happened but why this will never happen again. Guess what...? Yeah... calls kept coming in.
Lastly, they BARELY have ANY classes, aside from spinning. I just assumed they would have a decent class selection and amount...
Don't do it. Go somewhere else or stay fat... It's not worth it.
