It was a fair price with no haggling, no let me get my manager, no holding keys hostage on our trade in , as we had experienced with other dealerships.
We have been here for service several times, and Cory Oliver, the service manager has been been exceptionally responsive, taking the time to answer my detailed questions on the service warranty, tire conditions. In one case where I suspect other dealerships would have blown me off, he really stepped up to the plate and made things right. They encourage you to establish a relationship with one service rep so over time you develop trust in his/her recommendations. The free Starbucks,cookies, car wash,free shuttle or comfortable waiting area are a great touch too.
