Wow! My eyes went gaga for all the looking fresh produce in here. It was the afternoon on a Sunday, and I was impressed to see so much fresh goods here, usually they were all gone - note: all the mushrooms were gone at this time.
As for all no frills, the produce is usually superfresh because they have such a high turnover. This one was no different.
The place is also very clean and big, and feels like you're in a Loblaws, with all the variety, but with no frills prices.
The only thing I didn't like was that there was a small amount of organic/gluten free foods. There was a small section called "health foods" that had a gluten free granola bars and cookies, but that's it. Maybe there was an organic section I missed.
In the bakery section, I had a hard time finding Spelt bread (there was one, but it was expensive and only 5 slices) or plain rye bread without extra crazy ingredients.
but I'll be back!!
