  • Had 2 dresses altered , one was a simple hem and was done great. The other was shortening of the sleeves and added a clasp to the zipper. When I picked up the dresses , the clasp was missing and they quickly added it but as I looked at the sleeves they were done very quick & sloppy. It was a thicker strap and rather then cutting and sewing to the back of the dress the strap was cut in the middle and mended in the middle of the strap. Quick hems are fine but extensive alterations to be done elsewhere.
