  • I have tried to be fair, waiting over a year to post the experiences of 4 separate visits. During the first 3 visits, the response to my order was the same: "We don't have that today." Different order each time - same response each time. Today, I waited 4-5 minutes at the drive-through before my order was taken on an intercom system that delivers every 3rd to 4th word. Then, I waited in a line of cars for 15 minutes, watching the adolescent employees talking inside. No adult employee/manager was ever visible. When the teen employee brought my beverage, her first words were: "I'm surprised you didn't leave." I give up. Sonic: Please do your brand and Gastonia a favor - close this location.
