Unfortunately, this is the worst hotel that I've ever stayed in. While I can't complain about the service at the front desk, because all of the people are very hospitable, the amenities leave lots to be desired. The walls are thin. The room is tiny. The bathroom is so small that a person over 5'8 / 175 lbs would have a problem turning around in the shower. For $170 per night, they should be ashamed. There is no room service. The bed is hard, even though they said it's a memory foam mattress... I've stayed in several boutique hotels on different continents, but never one this bad. I am only comfortable giving it one star because all of the people in the hotel are really nice.
