  • Specifically in regards to the computer shop. Horrible service and staff that aren't interested in helping out. Also, all sales are final, so if you buy a Mac and want to return it (as you can if you buy through Apple) you're out of luck. Since you can get the educational discount through Apple, there's no reason to bother with the computer shop.
