  • OH EM GEE. Farmer's Market Heaven! Wrapped around the entire Capitol Square and spilling into the surrounding streets, this is the best farmer's market I have ever been to! Lots of amazing looking fruits and veggies, baked goods, tons of fresh flowers, artisan ingredients, handmade crafts, and more. Traffic moves in one direction, so make sure you step to the side if you are considering an item - you can't salmon-swim against the crowd to backtrack if you change your mind! Well worth getting up early for, and the Capitol building is air-conditioned if you need to duck in out of the heat as well.
