  • It has been a year since I had my pool up and running. From the design to all of the services have been rock solid! I wanted to wait for a year before I put my review, because I didn't want to have to recall my rating and comments. I had chosen Thunderbird Pools because they were the most honest. I don't have a lot of extra equipment that the other pool companies tried push on me. I have only used one 40lb bucket of chlorine tablets and never shocked my pool. The directions they gave me are easy to follow and I've had a consistent water balance the entire year. I called to ask about where I could get a replacement testing solution and they mailed me it. Great service!
