  • DO NOT STAY HERE. The number of things wrong with this hotel is actually disturbing. 1. They do not staff the kitchen properly so get ready for a 2 hour lunch. 2. They do not heat the public areas properly so bring a coat! 3. The valets LOSE YOUR CAR and then get an attitude when you express frustration. 4. They charge you twice for the same room and then aren't available to speak to you when you call to dispute the charge. 5. Did I mention the little brown bugs that better not have been BED BUGS?! 6. $30 breakfast buffet? What is this, Toyko? 7. All this for over $300/night? I'm still itchy thinking about this place. I cannot be more clear: STAY AWAY.
