| - I've been taking our cats here since we moved into the neighbourhood a year ago. It's certainly expensive, but due to the convenience in location and hours, it's been my clinic of choice.
Recently our 10 month old cat , Doug, got really sick. I called in and explained his symptoms and the receptionist told me to bring him in immediately, despite being fully booked. He ended up being admitted, rejecting treatment several times, and having to be catheterized over and over again to stop his body from poisoning itself. Over the course of the next week, I met almost every single tech, receptionist and vet who works at the clinic. They all knew Doug's story inside out without us having to give the history every time. Everyone pampered him beyond belief.
When the bill got to the point where we could simply no longer afford it, they stopped charging us for his hospitalization and the administration of his meds (about $170 a day) - without ever mentioning it to us.
He was discharged after more than a week and has made an amazing recovery. We haven't been charged for any of his follow up visits, again without the vets saying anything about it. I can't say enough about how remarkable this clinic and its staff is.
