  • The people at the front desk are always on their phones, watching tv or talking to each other. I was waiting to get checked in when there was 3 LA fitness workers standing around talking with each other, I ended up just walking in with out getting checked in. Not to mention their intensity cafe totally sucks at making protein shakes. They are bland and almost pure blended ice with no flavor! I make the extra trip to workout at the LA Fitness in Scottsdale from now on.
