  • Fall of 2013 Jim came and gave us a bid and we were not able to do the security work at that time. I called him back a few weeks ago and he agreed to come out again. He was early, pleasant, answered our questions completely and did a walk through to determine what we needed and what our options were. We agreed on a set of security features and he had Vince come and do the work the following day. Both he and Vince showed up a little early for their appointments. Vince did the work, cleaned up after himself and discussed options on installation in a couple of spots (as opposed to just going ahead with what he might have done). The estimate visit and the installation were quick and professional. System seems to work as advertised. rates were excellent and Jim had a good plan and good price. I would recommend them to others.
