  • Do not believe anything they say or tell you. I called them and they said yes I can get service where I am so booked an appointment. They came very late and did not contact me to tell me they would be late. The installer was great and did a good job in a timely manor but then he and I had to wait over 90 min for someone downtown to do some simple thing so we could connect. Once there antennae connected to whatever and my router was connected to the antennae they installed the installer left. The speed was way lower than they told me it would be and the connection kept dropping off. Went to bed that night when I woke up no internet. Phoned there so called 24/7 service support department and was told they would call me right back. Called me back 7 hours later and said that someone downtown had not imputed my account number so at midnight they disconnected me. They then told me I would have internet very soon. About 4 hours later I saw that the antennae was back on line so I connected my router to it and it told me I was connected but could not get past the antennae to the internet??? Called the so called 24/7 service support line again and was told someone would call very soon. They called back 27 hours later?? this is from a 24/7 service support line right. The tech told me my router must have a virus in it?????? Has anyone ever heard of this. I went and as told by the support tech bought another router from a store who told me there was nothing wrong with my router when they tested it and it connected to the store wi fi just fine. Then phoned them back and told them I had the new router and wanted to be reconnected. Again they told me they would call right back. I connected the new router to the antenna and again could not get past it to the internet. They phoned 6 hrs later and even with the techs help we could not reconnect to the net. I told them to come get the antenna and cancel my service. I then found out from others around me that they do not get very good signal around here and several other people have had similar trouble. Three days later they came and got the antennae and left me a bill for $600 for installation charges and early cancellation of my service??? This company is so fly by night and such a rip off I cannot express enough that no one should ever deal with them. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM THEY WILL TRY TO RIP YOU OFF. WARNING THEY ALSO GO BY THE NAME OF PHOENIX INTERNET
