  • Ordered hot Hazlenut decaf latte at drive thru. AARP discount gives me a free donut with large coffee. Got the coffee, it was cold! I don't mean they gave me an iced version. It was not even Luke warm. Tasted it, went back, got a hot one. No apologies. Also, got charged for the donut! Not going back anytime soon.
