  • Called Bob's TV Service on a Saturday with a problem with our HDMI inputs. Bob spent about 10-15 minutes going over the issue with my husband and offered him a solution that would save us a repair visit and could be easily fixed. He did all of this for free as we didn't need a service call. I will definitely call him again should we ever need a TV repaired. Great service and response time on a Saturday!
