  • This complaint is not towards this particular location its towards WF as a whole! DO NOT BANK WITH THIS FINANCIAL INSTITUTION!!!! Unless of course you would like to be robbed of your hard earned $$$! WF unexplainably posts a balance & the next day or even the next hour that balance is no longer posted whether you have pending transactions or not! They do not keep the balances reflected on your account purposely so that they can contiune to unexplain these mysterious missing balances & thereby can charge you overdraft fees! If you keep a tight ledger & are sure to mark down all purchases/bills paid/ & all other transactions you will STILL have a discrepancy with overdrafts left & right!!! Even if you make a deposit to cover the overage your account will STILL be in the negative & WF's excuse for this is, it is the merchants who post charges & turn around a refund the charges to go back ahead to re-charge again @ a later time!!! When I heard this I said its definitely time to go! This has been ongoing for the past 2 years. I was thiking boy I must be horrible @ managing my check book so I continued to ensure that I accurately balanced by check book, however, no matter how diligent I was in keeping up with my check book I always end up short, absent suitable explanation! There is absolutely no reason why all balances from the start should not be posted properly against the deductions! Why are balances not posted only deductions??? This is my last day with this RIP OFF financial institution! I will continue to bank with Clark County Credit Union of which I have never had any issues! Hope this helps anyone looking for which financial institution to absolutelty stay away from!!!!!
