I was in town on business and as usual searching for a new place for breakfast. I get to the area often and always looking for something different. I pulled up about 11 AM to this place at the end of a strip center. They weren't very busy, only a few tables. Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and shown to a table. It basically looked like a diner on one side but they had a bar on the other. Why they have a bar when they are closed after 3 PM is beyond me. I had their version of Huevos Rancheros. A little different as they served me a quesadilla made with a corn tortilla and it was stuffed with chorizo, black beans, and cheddar cheese. The eggs were placed on top and then smothered with what was described as jalapeƱo salsa. It was served with a hefty portion of Rosemary potatoes. Service was great but they weren't busy either. Food appeared freshly made and served as ordered. I was graciously thanked on my way out. I've had better, but everything was solid. I'll be back!
