I called Berge Ford to find out the cost to repair My power steering. Told rep I could have killed someone if I had been driving. She laughed about that. Then talked to her boss to complain, she said she would take that into consideration. What was there to take into consideration ? Then talked to her boss. He said, that was not there company policy. Well if that is the way they train there customer reps, I guess it is part of company policy. I can not Recommend them at this time. I have had work done there and will not go back.
