I placed an order on 12/4, got an email on 12/6 saying my order was in process and would ship in the next 2 business days normally, but they were getting the stock and I'd get an updated email. I emailed in twice and got no response before calling in, took several tries to get someone to pick up and then he told me they just received a lot of stock and it was possible my order was going out that day.
I emailed and called again today, no response. It's super annoying because I wanted this gift in time for Christmas, and now I'm going through Amazon.
Sidenote: my card info was compromised in the past few weeks and this is the only site I used aside from Amazon and Etsy to buy things online. When I clicked on one of the links on the 3DStereo site, it said that portion of the site was down and referenced Miva Merchant. If Miva Merchant is doing their processing, then that is probably how my card info was stolen. I can't say for 100% certainty, but I work in the payments business and Miva is shady.
Really disappointed in this whole experience. I feel whoever is running the company maybe...shouldn't be. Interacting with people or providing goods or services for people, ever.
