  • Wow, what a nice clean little spot just barely 'off the strip'. Really, it's connected to the Cosmopolitan, but not connected to the strip. So it's much cheaper, and they're time share units so they are kept up nicer than a normal room, in my opinion. The staff and lobby area was nice, it felt old school without feeling sad or dingy. In fact it was all quite bright and happy. The convenience store in the lobby is well stocked with all of the things you might need/forget, but it is cash only FYI. The elevators worked well and were swift and not too noisy. The rooms have kitchenettes, a bar, ours had 1 1/2 bathrooms, nice big couches, a decent TV. The wi-fi here is baaaad. The radio signal (we tried to listen to music while getting ready and just relaxing) was baaaaad. Cell reception here (and a lot of Vegas actually) is baaaaad. It's mostly because this place is behind the Cosmo which is huge, and probably blocks a lot of signal. The A/C was odd and never seemed to quite stick to the temperature we wanted and would inevitable turn off in the middle of the night so you'd wake up a bit warm....just pop up and turn it back on. Minor but annoying. Walk down to the ground floor, around the corner and you're on the strip and at the entrance to the Cosmo. Literally a 50 second walk. So close. I liked this place, I would stay here again for sure. The location is great, the room was clean and comfy. Cool history here too I'm sure. They have nice activities, a huge pool, shuttles to the store, a video rental store, a proper time share spot with all the amenities you'd expect. The owners rent the rooms out like a normal hotel and you just book online. Simple. I'd totally recommend checking this place out if you're looking to be on the strip without paying the strip prices.
