  • This is my second time here. Decided to give this place another shot. I've been to the original location on Ft. Apache and have had great service with Ashley and Reina. Unfortunately it is far from where I live so I was super happy to find out that their second location is a lot closer. When I booked the appt they were having specials on eyelash extensions with their new lash technicians. I was hoping it didn't mean new as in "new to the industry" but decided to give it a shot. The deal was pretty decent. $129 for a Volume Set which is usually $179 I believe? Anywho, I was booked with Auria. She was super sweet and pleasant, my only complaint was she had glued a couple of my eyelashes together. :( I understand things happen, and she was nice about it and apologized but for the price I was paying I was a little irritated with that little incident. Also, I wanted them a little shorter than what I had got, which I had explained to her in the beginning. I didn't have time to stay and have her fix it (plus with the glue incident, I just wanted to be done with it all). They still looked nice and I was still happy to tip her and leave happy. So after almost 3 weeks I decided to get a fill and have them done again, this time I asked for a recommendation to a different lash technician and thank god I did. They referred me to Joanne. She did EXACTLY what I wanted! She even explained to me the sizes she did and what to ask for next time. Even though I will be coming back to her from now on. Very happy with this visit. Thank you to the receptionist that recommended her to me. It is very appreciated! Xo
